To use YouLikeHits you must agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

We operate and own the website www.youlikehits.com. We are PorcelainSky LLC ("We", "Us", "Our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Tennessee, United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use YouLikeHits. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete any associated data.

Our Services

We supply the services as referred to on www.youlikehits.com ("YouLikeHits") to you. You must understand that when joining our site and by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In accordance with other social networking sites you agree that you will not be using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).

You Will Not:

  • Create more than 1 YouLikeHits account for yourself and/or business.
  • Sell YouLikeHits Points or Accounts. Do not buy YouLikeHits Points anywhere other than YouLikeHits.com.
  • Add accounts/profiles/pages/sites that you do not own or have permission from the owner.
  • Use Macros/Auto-Clickers/Bots/Scrapers/External Scripts or any kind of Automation.
  • Aggressively follow then unfollow, like then unlike, etc.
  • Post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
  • If your account is deleted you must not create a new account.
  • Break the Terms of Service at any of the sites we link to.
  • Use a fake or temporary email service to create your account.
  • Create fake accounts on YouLikeHits or the sites we link to in order to earn Points.

You Understand That:

  • YouLikeHits does not post from your accounts or profiles.
  • YouLikeHits does not use automation of any kind and all actions are made by real people.
  • YouLikeHits takes your privacy seriously and will not sell your information.
  • You are responsible for all actions made from your account and profiles.
  • YouLikeHits is not responsible for any social network profiles and account closures or bans. (We will take all possible precautions to prevent closures and bans)
  • YouLikeHits assumes no responsibility for the posted content including but not limited to profiles, videos, websites and thumbnails. (We will remove content that breaks our Terms)
  • YouLikeHits does not guarantee 100% uptime, accuracy and that our services will not be terminated.
  • YouLikeHits is not affiliated with Twitter, YouTube, SoundCloud, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitch, VK or any other social network in any way.

Points and Purchases

YouLikeHits operates on a points-based system. Points can be earned by participating in the exchange network or purchased through our website. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

All purchases of points are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the points will be delivered to your account immediately and that you waive any right to a refund.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a completed YouLikeHits transaction, your account will be immediately suspended and permanently banned. Any remaining points balance will be forfeited. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Use of automation, bots, or scripted activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Initiating a chargeback on a points purchase.
  • Fraud, abuse, or behavior that harms the YouLikeHits community.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any points remaining in a terminated account are forfeited and have no monetary value. We are under no obligation to provide a refund or compensation for forfeited points.

Intellectual Property and DMCA

All content, branding, code, and design of YouLikeHits.com are the property of PorcelainSky LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our site without prior written permission.

If you believe that content on YouLikeHits infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to webmaster@youlikehits.com with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or location of the infringing content on YouLikeHits.
  • Your contact information (name, email address, phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing content in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouLikeHits and PorcelainSky LLC, including our officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to YouLikeHits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YouLikeHits is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the number of followers, likes, views, or other engagement you may receive through the service.

You acknowledge that social media platforms may change their terms, APIs, or algorithms at any time, which may affect the functionality of YouLikeHits. We are not liable for any disruption caused by third-party platform changes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PorcelainSky LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of YouLikeHits, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of YouLikeHits shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at webmaster@youlikehits.com.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of Tennessee and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of YouLikeHits after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.
